  • All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer’s warrantee. No returns or replacements will be accepted due to accident, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, or any attempts to repair or adjust – not carried out by Richardsons Jewellers.

Postage & Delivery

  • Goods below a certain value will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail Packet Post to keep delivery charges to a minimum. Royal Mail Packet Post is an untracked unsigned for service and subsequently the risk in Goods shall pass to the Buyer immediately the Goods leave Richardson’s premises.
  • Richardson’s will not enter into any claims procedure for orders dispatched by royal mail packet post as no loss or damage compensation is available for untracked services. Please see Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
  • Richardson’s will submit a claim on your behalf where special delivery has been used and Royal Mail have lost your order. Richardson’s will not enter into any claims procedure for special delivery orders that are not delivered within Royal mails specified time frame.
  • Should the Buyer prefer Richardson’s to bear the risk of Goods in transit the trade Buyer must make this clear at the point of order. The Goods will then be sent using a tracked and signed for service, the full cost of which will be included in the packaging and delivery charges passed on to the trade Buyer.
  • Richardson’s remain the owner of any Goods ordered by the  Buyer until Richardson’s has been paid in full in cash or cleared funds for such Goods and all other Goods agreed to be sold by Richardson’s to the Buyer for which payment is due.
